Hello bigger pockets, is there anybody from the New York area who is familiar with doing sandwich lease options? I have a lead that came in and the seller is interested in doing a sandwich Lease Option. I know a little bit about Lease Option's but I would like to speak to somebody who might have more experience than I do in order to help me out. Thank you so much.
