Here in Phoenix, negligent discharge of a firearm within city limits is a felony. 

Currently, my market here in Kansas City, MO is one that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to use hard money or private capital for residential long term buy and holds.

Just up the street is another, somewhat nicer (B) complex where the acquisition cost is about $125K/unit but the average rent is only $1300.

Its typically on the street side, but if don't see it go in the basement or crawl space and see where the main water line is coming in and you will know its on that side of the house.
