Milwaukee Lenders for Out of State Investors

I am looking to refinance my single family investment property in Milwaukee.  I am an investor from out of state.  I called a few credit unions local there, and they told me I have to live in the area to be a member and ultimately to take out a loan.  Are there any other out of state investors here who have a preferred lender for investment properties in Milwaukee?
