The location is awesome - two major developments have brought more residents and new shopping (Target, Liquor Store, Starbucks, Grocery Store, etc).

What ive done in the past is go to big box stores, home depot, lowes, sears, etc....  

I have yet to purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer for my first investment property and would like to know whether I should stick with big retailers like Lowes, or shop at local appliance stores?
