Brian- I'm leaning your direction on the 401k, i figure if I lose it all ill still have SOMETHING in the 401k to prop me up.The family thing is pretty darn tempting....I'm a little impatient and even though i have no experience with houses, i flipped cars all through and a little past college, I'm pretty handy and understand what a good and bad jobs look like...but I have plenty to learn.Will i have a problem securing 25% down conventional loans on 50-100k properties?
