removing liens from a hause that the owner passed away
i was wondering if anyone knew how to acquire a property when the owner passes away but there is a mortgage and multiple tax liens from the irs? the property is abandoned.
what I was hoping; is there a way to buy the note, then get the liens removed, then foreclose on the property?
