Again, that was a wonderful story and I am very happy you were able to get out of the rat race of Corporate America!

Near areas where there are big race months or other well know events that happen every year that people come and go crazy with alcohol. 

Everyone needs to stop racing to that moment where they quit their day job.

Rinse and repeat until you’re out of the rat race, and continue to scale to prosper.

I will also be forming an S corp this month and have found a closing attorney.I'd love to hear from members who are familiar with the NYC/Long Island market or any market in regards to what to expect, what should my team consist of, the best counties in New York for wholesaling etc .Essentially reaching out for guidance and possible mentorship for a ambitious young man with admitted limited real estate knowledge (outside of podcasts and what Ive read on the internet) trying to escape the rat race.

From everything I have read, and heard on the podcasts, slow and steady wins the race.  

It is as much - if not more - if an investment in the jockey not the horse. 

I'm stuck in the never-ending rat race that Robert Kiosaki talks about.

This comments also applies to people that may feel they are discriminated against because or race, physical features, sex, disabilities, weight, age.....In short, if you got a good deal for me call me. 

I live in southern California and it is just a rat race out here.
