Don’t even get me started on the mobile app.

I'm looking at a property that can purchased for a great price due to costs associated with bringing in city services that can be developed into an 80 space mobile park. 

My idea is to start an online/ mobile app platform that would allow younger people or people with smaller amounts of money they’re willing to risk in an investment to crowdsource properties in large groups and collectively buy properties outright.

Hey Houston, I am an out of state investor (but mobile), looking to BRRR invest in Houston ,TX, I am a fan of the micro demographic data and trends.

I recently came across a small mobile home park with 4 mobile homes that is in pretty good shape and fully occupied. 

The job market is thin there and will have to start a business which will be a cold pressed juice mobile establishment.The finances will look like this:  80k to the new home of 280k.

The adu wouldn't be "legal" but there are a few in the area and it is an eclectic neighborhood with some relocated homes, a few mobile homes, and a couple new builds.
