Hi All,My offer was accepted for a new property and I got everything right except the insurance.

Did minor updates like paint before selling it to 1031 into my current househack / flip / buy and hold Commercial Property.

She is a photographer and doesn't have any previous experience in real estate.

And i'm still thinking how to renovate my bathroom.Me and my wife doesn't use the bath tub so we were thinking to remove it and largen the shower area.What do you think removing the bathtub in master bathroom???
