Bathroom Renovation Idea

Hello guys,

I will soon close my residential house in Georgia. And i'm still thinking how to renovate my bathroom.

Me and my wife doesn't use the bath tub so we were thinking to remove it and largen the shower area.

What do you think removing the bathtub in master bathroom??? would it affect when we resell it?
