But the lead sources I use / have had success with is : Vacant, Pre Foreclosure, Tired Landlord, Probate (never had success with this one), D4D, Door knocking in mid-low quality neighborhoods, Cut water list, code violations, Liens, FSBO, FRBO, Expired, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Pretty much any major life changes - there is an acronym that has all of them but I cant remember it. 

Gabe’s business model is to take tired Cape Cods, ranch homes, etc. and basically add a level to them to double the square footage.

I have a tired landlord who is wanting to sell multiple properties as a bundle package, refuses to sell individual property.

But I for one am tired of always being asked to foot the bill for the govt and/or renters.

The current owner is absentee and apparently is tired of managing it from a distance.

REI is a long game and since you own a cleaning company look for tired property owners that don’t want to keep the home anymore.  

I've got a potential duplex deal where seller owes about $115k at 2.5% and is tired of the headache. 

My wife is tired of living with our tenants, and want our own space.

I'd be curious to look it over, but I hate to show up and kick tires w/ the listing broker, and not quite be fully committed to buying the place ~yet.
