In some instances, we might only inspect annually or semi-annually, but in our student units we make a point of going in once a quarter.

Room and board at the college is $8,000/school year.Question: given the need to pay for room for (my) student attending college or purchase of trailer, how do I tell at what point one option is financially better than the other?

We got an offer from... a young lady who knew the neighborhood from her student years and had been looking for a old house and hadn't been considering new construction until her agent drug her out to this house.

Prohibited transaction rules do not allow family members to participate in transactions/ investments with other family members.
