Your market has been smoking hot down there for several years.   

Were the presenters correct or were they just blowing smoke in my direction.

I have always had steady income just from different companies and places as I was traveling from New Jersey and West Virginia University alot for school.

If you need a reputable inspector I can recommend one to you that will travel to MD.I would also agree that anyone you bring in to pay for services should be brought in on a short term, per project basis.

Per my realtor, having followed-up on our offer, the listing agent keeps making excuses, explaining the seller is busy and travels a lot, hence the delay in reponse.
