What type of business loans would you be looking to take out?

Hey @Michael Walley - I'd start off by saying, you are generally in a pretty good position if you haven't already paid him.FOR SURE YOU NEED TO GET LIEN WAVIERS if you have any indication that things could go sideways - don't make a payment til you get them.I would also ask for some type of breakdown of the scope of work you are paying for as you mentioned.Here in Chicago / Illinois a general contractor has 4 months to file a mechanics lien from the last time they were working on the job.I wouldn't rush to get an attorney.

Hello,We completed 2023 with Insite Tax & are hoping to find better services for the money.

Once you turn the unit how long will you have to wait before you have another renter for your type of unit in your neighborhood.

At Emerson Property Management, we have a 30-day Lease Guarantee or we cover two months of management services.

Do a background check on them using one of the services that will check for court actions. 

But with that comes more expenses, more insurance, more turnover, more cleaning services (I live 3 hours away) - so much more to deal with. 

Any specific loans I can use or any other type of financing I can use to put a lower down payment?  

The only people still crushing STR are the ones who are upgrading their amenities, services, and ambience.

The agent is filling out an application/quote with the question asking what type of heat the property has.
