Epoxy putty, flex seal, whatever you use can patch it for a short while but the real permanent fix is to remove the stretch of pipe which involves removing walls on a tiled bathroom.However, even though the drain line drains from my kitchen, it is located in a wall cavity which separates two units.

If you have a LLC, you must be sure that you keep all money in the LLC separate from your personal money.

I thought the Owner's Policy only covered the buyer's portion of the home, ie 25%, so I am confused as to why it is more expensive.I also don't understand why there are two separate policies, presumably when there is only one title search performed.

I know some of you will say I should keep those funds to 'invest more' from my SDIRA, but I am of the personal opinion that I like keep things 'separated' from retirement and personal funds, and also I have much more 'liquid cash' in my IRA than in my personal non-IRA accounts.Thoughts?

Around here it is rare to find a duplex where units would have been wired separately back when knob-n-tube was in-use.I would definitely plan to rewire the entire building.
