Do you know that rents rose on average in my San Diego market over 20% last year?  

If you want to make it easy on them send a list of materials you're thinking of using (I.E. tiles, flooring, colors, etc.), and that should help them get a quick quote after there own labor and profit is tacked on!

Many areas will have a color coded map that show what is zoned for that particular property.

There was even a point in the project where the wrong grout color was put on the backsplash which the GC caught after it was done.

Personally, I don’t like that Color and decor at for rent or flip.
