Official letter specifically requesting he and the kids vacate within X amount of days, general letter reminding them that live-in guest are not allowed and they will be found to be in breach of contract if this is not the case, etc., or do I just visit with them and ask them about what's going on?

We have Kris Krohn in our area and the internet is full of constant reminders of "Big Deals" even if its mostly for show.

I don't remember the exact details, but if you shoot me an email to remind me, I can see if I can dig up their information when I get out of work so that you can contact them directly.

Even if it just reminds them that they have neighbors that can hear them, it is worth it.Storage- Define where they can store items- whether it be no storage outside their unit, or an area in the basement.  

I don't think it is my computer since I tried this with 2 different browsers.For example we will be needing to send the following letters soon:Letter announcing a change in management for the buildingLetter reminding residents that the rent is due on a certain day and that eviction proceedings will begin on the 5th day of the monthI would prefer to not make it up myself, would like to get good professional examples.  

Two of these tenants are as nice as can be, currently pay on time with an occasional reminder needed, and generally take care of the property as best as can be expected.
