But I have to imagine there are other options.What kind of jobs do you all recommend and why?

For this you may want to learn more about the specifics of deal analysis and that is where I would probably recommend books like The Book on Rental Property Investment by Brandon Turner.For raising capital there may be regulations in the UK that differ from the U.S. so it would probably be best to consult with a real estate attorney.

@Grace Adiba I would recommend interviewing several PM's to start.

If you are going to go this route, I'd recommend incorporating phone calls and/or doorknocking.

I would probably recommend that you pull some of your capital and use it in active investments that will grow your equity very quickly like flips, BRRRRs, value add multifamily, etc.

3 bed, even smaller, that's newly updated is quite rare in the Boston market at an affordable price so if its easy enough to do I would highly recommend it.

Just looking for some recommendations on which route I should take.
