If they are not disqualified, can I receive a discount on kitchens and baths bought through this company?

I am going to be flipping about 3-4 houses annually and looking to acquire 1 rental property annually as well.

The only issue is that I'm getting paid $12/HR and thus, will take longer for me to acquire my first house-hack rental.I've just received a text from my former employee that if I go back to this company, not only will I stay at the $17/HR BUT during the offseason (November-March) I will get paid $400 a week for no work if I stay on until next year.

I don't even have an ATM  ( one of 4 people in America who does not).. there is no 800 number.. customer service is your private banker.. we send 2 to 10 wires a day and receive (hopefully 1 to 5 those are payoffs) and our banker will make memo's on our bank statements so our bank statements are customizedIE there will be a credit then there will be # 41  we know project 41 paid off.. very very transparent for my partners they can follow the company just logging into the bank account..

If your rent is less than what it costs to pay a person to clean then it makes sense to block a day after they check out to allow yourself time to clean.I increased my annual revenue by paying a cleaning person and having same day check-in check outs.

That being said, I have helped a 911 dispatcher, bank manager, medical device salesperson, car salesperson, state trooper, and a mailman to name a few build their dual career to more than $4 million+ in closed annual volume.

I have worked in mental health for years and we regularly receive permission from clients to use their likeness in promotional materials.

Additionally, what if I or a contractor had an accident and received bodily injury, would we be covered under the homeowners insurance policy?
