I started with production and worked my way to director of production managing accounts and anything else the company needed.

would this "investor friendly" lender still be a conventional mortgage, or am I looking for a different product?

In one case to produce a lot of condensation with minimal cooling and in the other case a lot of cooling and the condensation is only a by product. 

What is the quality of the construction?

While there's a LOT of very helpful information, one does wonder at the motives and quality of some of the postings.
