Is purchasing a pre-owned Habitat for Humanity House wise?

Hi everyone. Just getting signed up here and have an immediate question. Has anyone purchased a Habitat for Humanity Home from the original owner? I know they have restrictions for selling or renting it out since the whole idea is to get a low income person a place to live. I think that once the original owner sells, all those conditions are removed, yes?

But are these places good investment properties? What is the quality of the construction? SInce volunteers build them, I am a little concerned. Also, when it comes time to resell, how are they perceived as far as good value?

Thanks for your help!
