@Larry T.From David’s BFFFF book he says “The problem with the traditional model is you leave so much equity in the deal when you are done that you can’t access this capital to buy the next property”I’m confused on what he means by “leaving so much equity in the deal and you can’t access this capital for the next property” Do you know why you can’t access that capital?

I'm leasing a car right now and in the market to buy a truck this December when the dealers are trying to move the end of year models. 

I enjoy the way you lay out your expertise in an easy to understand manner and appreciate the fact that you put it out on such a public platform....Regarding your question on the knowledge that I gained from your posts that surprised my boss, the most memorable moment was during my interview.

Doing a career change into multi family and self storage and want to develop more clout moving forward.The courses are good for learning how to analyze deals and put together financial models but they will not help you do a deal or get into the business. 

Use a Promissory Note and Mortgage or Deed of TrustIf you’re familiar with traditional mortgages, this model will sound familiar.

Also think about the trip/duplex model.

It's an interesting business model.
