Anyone taken one of the real estate investment analysis certificate courses that MIT and Harvard offer? Any thoughts are appreciated!!

I'm in residential real estate and have done SFR mostly, some commercial land, and a small industrial deal. I'm interested I. Doing a career change into multi family and self storage and want to develop more clout moving forward.
