This is the first time I have used internet advertizing and pulling credit scores.  

They have a shorter life span, and I rather not have one blow out when a tenant is in there. 3) Quality - make sure you use quality contractors and quality materials. 4) Put together a pro active maintenance list for your PM.

My small room with a twin bed goes for 650 per month and the large room with a queen bed goes for 850 per month all utilities and internet included.

In the begining, keep it simple and do the average finish that is in that neighberhood.Be careful with the Internet and the dishonest people use it to try to emotional sale you.  

In other words, no buying letters off the internet.

I don't think you're going to get far posting to strangers on the internet.

I will be interviewing contractors, checking references, touring jobs they're on and I will provide a far more detailed scope with materials I chose already priced and on there.

There is a lot of information on the internet some good but most bad so if you have any specific questions about these programs please feel free to ask.
