I hear enough about backpage that I assume it gets decent traffic.You can have the best platform in the world but if no one goes to it then it is pretty useless!

Don't "lock down" your software on a specific machine or platform; run it on the web, and open up options to tie in to other apps and processes (online application & payments, for example).

They may not have any legit basis for their demand other than being able to set some rules.What this is however, if it were a person that could be defined as a lender is a form of red lining setting a class of single family properties in a category and refusing to lend on them.

From my impression of Justin today I can say he seems to have a legit business and has many repeat buyers which is always a good sign with any business.Again, I am not an experienced investor.

I came across the BP platform through a conversation that I had with someone that I met at a real estate investment seminar and knew that I had found what I was looking for.

If the seller has legit offers for $430K and $440K and doesn't get anything better, he's either going to have to bring cash to closing to pay the difference to the lender and his agent, or he's working a short sale with his lender.

I agree that there are probably many wholesalers out there that would not be too keen on having a lawyer review their contracts but I want to make sure everything is legit.

That would be a legit relationship.
