Greetings Bigger Pockets family, My name is Jeffrey Sisnett and I live in the Bronx, NY, and I am new to the world of real estate investing. I currently work for the City University of NY. I enjoy learning about new ways to build wealth and have always been interested in real estate. I came across the BP platform through a conversation that I had with someone that I met at a real estate investment seminar and knew that I had found what I was looking for. I have learned a lot from reading the post of other members, the Beginners guide to real estate investing and listening to some of the podcast since I joined.

My mission and goal is to create financial independence for myself and family through real estate investing. I believe that wholesaling, rehabbing and tax lien investing are three areas that I plan to pursue as my niches. I have already started to develop relationships with several real estate brokers and local contractors in New York to assemble as a part of my team. I also have a good friend and business partner in the North Carolina area, tasked with doing the same. I know that there is so much to learn about this world of real estate investing and I also am aware of how much I don't know. Any advice big or small would be greatly appreciated.
