I had to take each quote and dissect them to see which one was better as some included some items in their quote while others omitted them and I wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples instead of apples to squash.

They may not know the rental market, but if they are a realtor they should be able to pull up comparable sales in that area that way you can make sure you are getting apples to apples at the price you are paying!!

Jeff, the lack of response to your post makes it look there are no real estate investors out your way, which is totally not true.First, since you are just a little SW of Worcester, Massachusetts, be sure to use the words Worcester and Massachusetts in your post, so that others find them from keyword alerts.
