Hi Jon,This is what I was thinking in the way of having our own verbiage that it’s lessee responsibility for use of amenities, but I wanted to ping the forum to be sure.  

@John Smithdeal I agree with @Jon Deavers and @Daniel Harnsberger.

As @Jon Holdman you are at risk of the calendar running out on you, but that can be mitigated if you have a hard money lender ready to go or have some other lender/investor willing to bail you out.
