Ok so I have been practicing driving for deals. I keep finding places I like but then cant find any owner information when I look up the property on the county property assessors website. I would love some advice on how better her this information any tips would help. Also anybody know about finding out about owners from probate court. How do you get that information or better ways to research it and find numbers.

Hi Louis,

I’ve never personally used the Deal Machine app, but it sounds like it might be a solution for you. You can search the forums for deal machine app and there is a wealth of information about the product from investors who have used it. My basic understanding is that you snap  a picture of the house you’re interested in through the app, and it can track down the owner and send them the picture you took and a custom message on a postcard.
