Hi,Since this is where I first learned about investing in real estate I thought i'd come here first. 

If you can get a house with a killer view I think that is what sells the most, second being on water. 

I bought my first investment property that is currently cash flowing well I have talked to my bank and they said I can pull $100,000 of equity out on the house.

Not 30 days later or 60 days later when you go find the money or borrow it.Every jurisdiction is a little different as to how things work, but typically you won't be able to borrow your way into tax lien/deed investing unless you are borrowing against other assets you have like life insurance, home equity, 401k, stock margins, or some other hard asset.   

Looking for an opinion on wether to keep or sell a house.

Is it required to put down 15-25% down payment for investment homes ?
