I'm the buyer offering them the chance to rep me on the buy and the sale once it's built/renovated, so it's an easier sell, but if you can figure out something to benefit both them and you, it should workout

A daughter (if not BOTH) to put in it come May 2025.20% of $550k for a family with 2 college kids is a ton.But looming college loan debt from their housing is worse!

She does not want to live in the house so we are trying to figure out a reasonable strategy for leveraging the house to buy a property that is in a more desirable location.
