I'm not new to this kind of math (I'm a Producer & project manager), but am new in general to some of the hidden fees, and the particularities of Real Estate!

It can be a big undertaking, although there can be profit in it IF the numbers are right and IF you have done your homework to know what you are getting into (both big “IFs”).

I understand the basics of making sure we have enough money saved up and doing the math to see if a property would be a good investment ;however, I have no idea of the need to know when we actually own a property to rent.
