As long as you play by the rules and use it to buy a primary residence that you intend to occupy, I don't see any ethical or moral dilemmas.

Another reason I am very passionate about getting going in RE, is that I deal with some very life altering (but not life threatening) health problems and I really want to be able to focus on getting better.

Suddenly your tenant come back and says their kid of affected because of your building and health was compromised.

Don't screw around with your health or the health of the people working on the house.
