There's literally only two other comparable houses within a 3 mile radius,  that's actually for sale,  both are selling between 3.5 and 4 mill.Given other homes in the area have not sold recently (I went back as far as 4 years!)

There are 4 facility’s within 3 mile range and they are all much bigger 50,000 sqft+.

Even someone is coming from 500 miles away 1000 miles round trip in a car getting 25 mpg is only 40 gallons, so even $1 more per gallon is negligible.

Try to negotiate losing half your deposit or just paying rent until a new person is found.When you enter into a contract and then fail to uphold your end of the deal, expect to pay.

All bedrooms and baths are on the second and 3rd floors- so no bathroom on the main floor with the main living space and kitchen.Previous owners turned a main floor half bath into a wetbar when they used the house as a traditional B&B.

I work full time, and deliver Pizzas a few nights to help with the house flip budget and need a reliable vehicle that exceeds the 12mpg the truck gets, and I don't like racking the miles up plus still have to commute to my real job.
