Borrow money or use all my cash

Hi everyone. I’m on my 3rd flip but still have plenty of questions. I’m in the process of buying a gutted 3/2 for 290 

rehab 75 

sell 550

I have just enough cash to buy it and rehab half. Is it better I borrow more which cost more or borrow less and take a little more time with it
