This isn't against any codes to my knowledge except it's hard to maintain the grass/vegetation around it which is a violation if it gets too high. 

I'm getting closer and closer to getting my REI company off the ground and with that comes some more questions (already searched the forum and didn't come up with an answer).

The closer you get to Cleveland ave it starts dropping quickly.  

I may just have to get really creative and find a really good contractor to come take a look at something run down in a further off in a suburb than looking at stuff closer to the center of the city or anything that looks like it could be minimal work.

I think that is best positioned towards young professionals who work in downtown and wish to live closer to work.
