Looking for deal finders, PMs, and contractors

I'm part of a group of prospective investors with professional experience in property management, construction management, and consulting. We've identified Columbus as an area of focus based on lower entry costs coupled with high population growth, high millennial concentration, and high educational attainment. That being said, we would love to connect with invested deal finders, PMs, and contractors in the area to discuss further and move forward.

As we near the end of 2018, what does everyone think about investing in North Linden compared to somewhere redeveloping more actively such as Southern Orchards?
