The financing obstacles have to be priced into the pro-forma   but I generally find the pricing concessions I can achieve on these acquisitions due to lack of market interest far outweighs the financing obstacles.

I think you will find more conventional lenders that will offer smaller loan amounts than DSCR lenders. 

You need to shop it to an Independent agent (or agents) and find out what the cost truly is to insure it correctly and then make your decision.
