I paid for my education and learned A LOT!

I'm moving on but for the sake of education do I have any options at this point or would I be kicking a dead horse. 

I don't know much about creative financing and I am sure there are plenty more educated people on here who can advise you if trying to be a bit creative.

I guess I'm going to have to show up and give the owners some tough, but educational love at the next meeting.

I met a guy in Tulsa that spent over $80,000 on his "education"... that's a down payment on a few houses... just be nice, talk to people, take them to lunch and they will help you.

I been reading books and going to meetups to educate myself the best I can and I'm now ready to start my first flip in my area..

If you start educating yourself now, you will be ready at some point to "retire" your property manager, and take care of your investments.  

I have been reading, watching podcast, and all trying to get my education up.

My first option was to take a bus to a rei in downers grove (about an hour away) and try to enter a real estate education course on a payment plan and try to earn while learning but after reading about the course on BP it doesn't seem like a good use of money.
