great job @Israel R. keep it going, you have chose a great market for your multi family investment.I had this problem before with a 26 unit deal In San Diego back in 2012. almost lost the deal (and a 100k NON Refundable deposit) due to not addressing correctly the management companysorry I have none to recommend in Columbus right now , but wish you much luck!

Hi BP,I've heard too many horror stories on property management companies that are not doing their job properly (i.e. do not provide best advice on hazards, termites, do not try to save money when it comes to minor and major fixes around the house and in general do not act as the owner proxy and serve his best interest).From one hand, for 10% (especially on low income neighborhoods) I realize (but not understand) that I can not expect property manager to take care of my house as its own.

Regarding the real estate market, the economy is super hot, housing is still relatively affordable and there are tons of jobs here...that equals a demand for housing.
