I can target by zip code, street name, or a custom "bounding box" of your choice. 

I have always found PIP to be honorable in their dealings with me, our contractors and customers.

Also since our properties are at a very high price point, many customers price compare between booking platforms, so the cost of under-pricing for us is more pronounced then it might be for other people.

It’s possible, but walk into this with the assumption that a) it might not Be worth the hassle, get an umbrella insurance policy b) refinance all your properties first with a lender w/o a due on sale clause, then QCD them to your LLCA good umbrella policy can be a lot easier then transferring deeds, and can have the same protections.
