Advie on selecting which mortgage broker or lender to use

Started the pre-qualification process using Zillow. I received alot of calls from different lenders but I got overwhelmed with all the calls, the information they were asking etc.

How do you decide which lender to go with? What questions should you ask when purchasing your first property? How to check their credibility etc.

I am located in Florida by the way
