When things have to go to court you can take time off or just hand it over to a cheap attorney to file the UD and process them in court.Best of luck!

I drive through these counties all the time with my other business.Just driving around I can see new subdivisions for luxury large acre home sights going in all over the place in the hill country.

About the only place I've found something that might potentially cash flow near where I live (the valley, so west of you it sounds like) and would have consistent occupancy (not farm country) is Oxnard.

I guess that means he can only deal with other licensees....the broker is protecting the public LOL.Anyway, the OP has recourse against the complaining agent, through the local Board as well as in court, and, I don't see enough details, like a copy of the letter or as to the cause of any complaint to comment.

Clerk of Court recordings here aren't that far behind.  

Hell, if I was single and childless and could swing that deal, I might just move across the country to make it happen.

The old laws on the books, if enforced, were sufficient IMO.I guess the gov't wants all of the hundreds of thousands of people living in "Lonnie deal" homes to instead just rent their homes and deal with the cut-off water, the no air-conditioning repair, the roach and vermin infestation, the leaking toilet, the broken dishwasher that their landlord refuses to repair while the local courts get an influx of eviction cases.
