Think about it this way: if the two companies were entirely separate -as in the owners never knew each other- would they operate the same way?

If you don't have it you can call your insurance company and ask them to email you the declarations pageRecent Mortgage Statement:2 Different Utility Bills: Gas, Electric, Cell Phone Bill, Cable, Garbage, any two utility bills.Copy of Mortgage Note all pages: Was included in your closing documents when you purchased the home.

Refrigerator temperature too high, must be no higher than 38 degreesSounds like you could have issues with #6 and #7 so I'd suggest fixing those before the inspection otherwise you might have to wait for a second inspection before you can pass and start getting paid.

I've got 15 unsolicited fliers sitting on my desk right now from PM companies that want to take over my properties and offer 24/7 guest communication and maintenance.Bottom line, don't be discouraged, there are people out there that will do this.
