Just from Bigger Pockets, I have connected with many investors from all around the country, interested in investing down here in Tampa.

For me, renting to refinery contractors in a town of 9500 with my 22 STRs has been quite rewarding. 

im new in bigger pockets , im interested in buying a house with FhA loan only to rent the whole property . i would not be living at the property, due to im living in a house my wife purchase. is it possible for me to get the FHA loan even if i don't live at the property or is there a way?
