Most all of the basic information there is text book, high school and college level concerning real estate, general business, finance (including notes), and other related subjects.

(Long Story Alert) Some back story...This summer, I made the decision to NOT return to UCA and study medicine, but instead go to the college in my grandparents town (it is cheaper) and take classes in Finance (Real Estate) and Entrepreneurship.

Any one of the three will be found attending my Black Diamond event in Worcester, depending on topic. 

I was renting that one to college students.  

I have recently graduated college with a Bachelors in May.

IMO the LL and PM now have some make up good will to attend to.

There's a constant flow of students at one of the most expensive small colleges around!  

A family of 4, Moving from out of town. they filed a chapter 13 in 2012 to keep their house in socal. due to recent job they had to move, will have a contract job for a year at local college. current credit score is 790. my rent is on par with zillow estimate.. income wise, they made the 3x gross multiplier.
