I bought a condo in 1999, lived there until 2015 QCD the title to my company' name in the same year and rented it out, the rent is $1,250.00 the mortgage payment with taxes,insurance, and association fee is $732.00.

I've never seen your spelling, pretty.People may boo me out of here, but I would save your money and get state specific forms from a landlord association rather than hiring an attorney.
