Preparing your fist lease agreement

Hi everyone!
Me and my husband bought our first property!
The process was rough, but finally we closed. We started preparing the house for renting right way. I am looking through different samples of leasing agreements, but do I need to go to a RE attorney to make specifically made for us lease?
We live in Lansing, MI. Anybody can refer me to a good but not too expensive attorney?
