Why the negativity I just got a quote from open door and it was very professional with excellent comps well presented the bottom line it came out to about $5000 less then marketplace value as compared to a realtor I could see them being a disruptive force in the marketplace

Most non payment cases are welfare tenants therefor the government is forcing private landlords, through denying evictions, to house them so the government does not have to provide subsidized housing for them.If landlords had eviction records and understood the system we face the over whelming majority of welfare recipients would never get private housing in Ontario.

If there is a way to do it then it is worth taking on the challenge to make the profits.Drug dealers do not kill people or draw attention to themselves simply because they are being forced to move.

If you stand against a rock and refuse to move against the bank it could very well die or you could be forced to say "Fine I was just kidding they don't have to sign" (Which may result in the escrow company demanding they sign or some other roadblock).Just my 2 cents and good luck!
