Less area for your tenants to store junk and you won’t need to worry about a wet basement.

There are cases where other income from laundry, a C-store, a restaurant, or something like that deserves additional evaluation, so make sure not to punt before you understand additional income.

See what sort of appliances most of them are offering and try to determine if they seem to change the price range.Ask whatever store you are dealing with what is on sale.

I'm pretty sure you can buy them in Office Stores as well.
